Welcome IBCA Programs

At IBCA, our programs are designed to meet the real needs of our community through impactful initiatives that foster growth, healing, and empowerment.

Our Youth Empowerment Program (Y.E.P.) equips young people with leadership skills, mentorship, and career exploration. We support entrepreneurs through business development, training, and a statewide directory, while offering homeownership education and economic relief through scholarships, grants, and job creation.

Our health and wellness efforts include programs for mental health, counseling, breast cancer, sickle cell awareness, and Alzheimer’s education. We proudly celebrate and preserve culture through historical preservation, Juneteenth celebrations, the All-Girls Matter Conference, Impact Day, and seasonal events like holiday parades and mixers. Everything we do is rooted in community support, collaboration, and the belief that together, we can create lasting change.
